Diploma Education

The one-year education program of the Professional Training Center of the Institute for Neurofeedback and Biofeedback (I-NFBF) offers students to become a Swiss certified Neurofeedback and Biofeedback Therapist. Students attend 152 h or 10 weekends of on-site class lecturing. On top they perfom self-study and supervised practical training with patients at their place or practice.

This part-time program is based on a focused neurofeedback and biofeedback curriculum and prepares students well in practice and theory to become a trained certified neurofeedback and biofeedback therpaist. Students experience a renowned practical training method of the I-NFBF Professional Training Center, where they step into the shoes of case protagonists daily, learn to make concise decisions and be challenged by the diverse case studies many times.

Students learn swiftly in this logically structured program applied neuro- und biofeedback because of well trained instructures, small teaching groups, individual support from the friendly and attentive team of lecturers, detailed course documents, integrated internships / workshops as well as very professional supervision and repetition. Students achieve their training goals step by step and are lead successfully to their diploma degree.

High profile Lecturers guarantee an efficient knowledge transfer of theory and practice. The lecturers implement the latest findings of neuro- and biofeedback and neurosciences (brain research, neurobiology, neuropsychology, medicine) into their class lecture.

As well, the program is always adapted to the latest requirements of Swiss Neurofeedback and Biofeedback health regulations from health insurance regulation and the neurofeedback association. It guarantees sound theoretical and practical basic training on all current bio and neurofeedback systems (BioExplorer, BioGraph Infinity, Cygnet, HEG, NeurOptimal ™, NeXus BioTrace + with NeXus 4/10/16/32)

The program is easy to follow in part time, it has 10 scheduled weekend courses and in addition accompanying supervised training of first patients.

On graduation - after passing a final written and oral exam - students are rewarded to becoming a Swiss certified Neurofeedback and Biofeedback professional therapist.
